Since the reform and open policy,our country's economy,science and technology,culture and so on have been greatly improved.The government and society to focus on spiritual construction,to spend more on education.Especially since the new curriculum reform,education has a new starting point,the development of the career path for the attention of art education is more and more.Many cities,art education,especially the music education has got great development,leadership attention,complete hardware,teacher is strong.However,endowment in rural music education still exists many problems,the causes of the students in the rural endowment xing city music accomplishment is far from the capital city of students.As a national free normal,but also the local music education workers,should be the municipality for rural music education render the contribution to the inheritance and development of their own.This article used the literature method,interview method,questionnaire investigation,statistics and analysis the intense to have four research methods in 42 have investigated the rural elementary and middle schools,from the students' interest in music and music activities,teachers' working attitude,teachers,teachers' scientific research,hardware facilities and the students' music quality and other aspects,the municipality of endowment in rural primary and secondary school music education present situation are analyzed,and the current endowment xing city elementary and middle schools,summarized the problems of music teaching,and according to the own work experience and theoretical knowledge put forward the corresponding suggestion,in addition,the author in the research of this article,at the same time also deliberately combines endowment in rural characteristics,such as economy,culture and customs,in order to better to primary and secondary school music teaching and combining the actual situation in the countryside.This topic the main contribution is to endowment in rural primary and secondary school music education made a relatively objective and the basic situation of the real evaluation at the same time,also suitable for the area of music education development has carried on the preliminary exploration,and put forward a set of feasible solution,innovation is the southern area of rural primary and secondary school music education of common problems to provide reference opinionsThis paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the reason and significance of this topic,literature review,research content,research methods and research process.The second chapter,from the general situation of education of primary and secondary education in Zixing City,Zixing City,describes the current Zixing City rural primary and secondary school music teaching in three aspects of music education in rural primary and middle schools in Zixing city.The third chapter,the basic situation of the students investigation and analysis,the basic situation of music teachers,school music curriculum and the basic situation of the four aspects of rural primary and secondary school music education status and environment investigation content,describes the system of Zixing City area of rural primary and secondary school music teaching situation.The fourth chapter puts forward the transformation idea,emphasize the importance of music education,music education,increase investment,improve teaching conditions,strengthen the music teachers team construction,improve the quality of music teaching and rich extracurricular music activities in rural primary and secondary schools,to create a good rural music education and learning environment in five aspects to improve the status of rural primary and secondary school music and the teaching efficiency of teaching.
