| Class management is an eternal topic of school education.Class is the basic unit of school education.The level of classroom management directly determines the quality of school education.With the implementation of quality education,innovation education and new curriculum reform education,improving students’ autonomy capacity has become an inevitable requirement of modern education.Our educational goal is to cultivate socialist construction personnel who towards modernization,the world and the future.Contemporary society needs is a group talents with the capacity of self-education,self-management skills and innovation.However,the current junior class management is still more to adopt the teacher-centered "nanny" mode,which results in many students being accustomed to just passively being managed and learning.It is contrary to the spirit of the New Curriculum,not only affects the healthy growth of each student,but also affects the overall appearance and effectiveness of school education,and even affects the country’s overall education level.This article focuses on classroom management issues of junior high school at ordinary city,taking the Second High School attached to Capital Normal University in Haidian District,Beijing as a sample.Firstly,we investigate the current class management situation of the ordinary junior high school in city.On this basis,we develop an in-depth study of problems which is impacting the development of the students’ self-management capacity.We carry out a detailed analysis from the educational,comprehensiveness and fairness.Finally,the characteristics of the problem presented three countermeasures: establishing the concept of class self-management,creating a harmonious environment for class self-management,building harmonious culture for self-management class. |
