University Students' Mental Models In Law

Since reform and opening,legal construction of China has achieved spectacular growth,System of socialist laws has been initially established.With respect to the increasingly perfect legal system,legal consciousness of our citizens appears relatively weak,formation of legal awareness need experience a stage,legal psychology is the initial stage of legal awareness,the formation and development of our citizens' legal psychology will play the most fundamental role in nation-building of the rule and law.As a constructer of the society of rule by law in the future,the shape of college students' legal psychology is directly related to the formation of social awareness of the law,related to the progress of the rule of law.The stages of shaping college students' legal psychology in this passage concentrate on four parts to study.The first part explains the basic concept of legal psychology,and compares the difference between legal psychology and other relevant concepts;The second part explains the importance of shaping college students' legal psychology,which is the significance of this study;the third part analyzes the current situations and reasons of college students' legal psychology;the fourth part centers on problems of college students' legal psychology,advocating to cultivate college students' legal psychology in the optimization of the external environment.
