Research On The Cultivation Of Legal Consciousness Of College Students In The New Era

Under the background of comprehensive rule of law,college students,as builders and participants of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,also make new demands on the socialization of college students.The rule of law consciousness of college students cultivate is both the request of the ages and the needs of the self growth,university student's consciousness of rule of law cultivation on the one hand,to promote the construction of the socialist rule of law,promote the rule of law environment,the construction of the rule of law society and the rule of law government.On the other hand,it is beneficial to improve the students' cognition of the socialist rule of law,to form the ideology of rule of law and the logic of the rule of law,and finally to the practice of rule of law and rule of law.Based on the request of new era,from the perspective of the college students' consciousness of rule of law cultivation,in-depth analysis of current status of university student's consciousness of rule of law cultivation,and the problems faced in the breeding process and found that,tentative Suggestions to consummate the countermeasures to cultivate the college students of the rule of law consciousness.This paper mainly studies the cultivation of the legal consciousness of college students from five parts.The first part,from the "rule of law" and "the rule of law consciousness of the rule of law consciousness,and the connotation of university student's consciousness of rule of law,combed the development course of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics;The second part,through literature research,put forward the necessity of strengthening the cultivation of the legal consciousness of college students;The third part,adopts the questionnaire,from the cognitive law and the rule of law,the concept of the rule of law,rule of law thinking logic to the analysis of the status quo of the current university student's consciousness of rule of law,at the same time,from the perspective of cultivating subject to understand the current situation of college students' consciousness of rule of law cultivation;The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of the legal consciousness of college students from the perspective of society,school,family and individual.The fifth part,in view of college students' consciousness of rule of law in the process of cultivating the problems,first of all,strengthen the social rule of law publicity atmosphere,the second requires schools to cultivate college students' consciousness of rule of law logic,again through the guidance of family improve university student's consciousness of rule of law thinking,and finally improve college students' cognition and practice of rule of law,the rule of law in which it is concluded that to strengthen college students' consciousness of rule of law in the new period to countermeasures.
