Research Into The Education Of Rule Of Law For College Students

Nowadays,the leaning towards values diversification is becoming more apparent.Under this background,the constraints of things,like the conventional theories or ways of legal thinking training for college students,becomes more noticeable,making them out of sync with the current needs.Thus comes an urgent need for training which is more consistent with this background.Therefore,this paper was written with reference to a lot of materials.It uses the method of literature research and abroad research papers and works,while also taking in the method of comparative analysis.It goes deep into aspects as the achievements and shortcomings of legal thinking training,the value dimensions of it,the reference to developed countries' training and practical measures under the current background,in a bit to improve the ways and forms of legal training,and finally smooth out the shortcomings of our country's legal training system.In details,this paper is divided into 5 chapters as following:The first chapter is an introduction,which goes around the paper's background,the current research situation both domestic and abroad,the research method and the definitions of concepts in this paper.And it is the basis of the rest of the paper.The second chapter is about the current situation of legal training system for college students,in which the achievements and shortcomings of the system is discussed.Through this discussion the reader will go easily into the other parts of this paper.In the third chapter,the value dimensions of legal training is discussed.And the focuses are the breeding ground,the difficulties and barriers of legal training,with which the way for the following discussions are paved.The fourth chapter is about the reference to developed countries' legal training system.American and Japan are taken as examples.Sensible experience is summarized and applicable methods for us are gained,which form the basis for improving our legal training system.The fifth chapter gives the specific measures.It mainly includes three parts: in course,after course and the understanding of related concepts.Specific and applicable measures are given,which take into consideration our country's legal environment,understanding of education and students' personal character.And these measures will actually help our county's legal training.
