Organization restructuring requires that enterprises should give up the original operation process and focus on optimizing its management process in order to promote profit and performance. The method is taken by governmental institutions and education industry when it is popular with corporations. In this case, organization restructuring is introduced into higher education in the hope of improving efficiency and management level. When it comes to the new century, a few top business schools are enthusiastic to participate in international business school accreditation and evaluation, in the hope of keeping in line with international standards. More than that, schools find that international accreditation could help the organization re-engineering and improve internal operation.This paper aims to study the management improvement of business schools through organization restructuring, which is motivated by international accreditations. The analysis might advise and help promote schools'management competence. The paper is presented mainly in three methods, respectively literature study, history analysis and empirical study. It begins with an introduction to the background information, objectives and significance of this paper. In the following chapter, it comes up with a literature introduction to organization restructuring and its application in management; then it proceeds to the history analysis of business education and accreditation history; in the main parts, the paper stresses the empirical study on the case of X Business School in UF University, particularly on its experience of EQUIS accreditation and related organization restructuring, such as its initial objectives, proceeding steps, the comparison before and after EQUIS. Focus is placed upon the changes intrigued by the accreditation, including generating the new school strategy, internal restructure and management process changes. In X Business School's case, international accreditation upgrades its role step by step, namely "Acceptance, Integration and Leading". In the end. it advises business schools to shun off the accreditation- for-accreditation's-sake and to invent a constant promotion mechanism for sustainable development.
