Core strength training is a training method to stimulate the muscle groups in the core area through a series of systematic training,and to improve the control ability of the core torso and even the whole body through the method of muscle stimulation training.In the difficult and beautiful events,the selection frequency of jump difficult movements is very high in the complete sets of exercises,and the time and space feeling required by this kind of difficult movements should be highly unified,so the physical quality of athletes is required to be very high.Therefore,for trainers,the practice of core forces is very helpful.In this study,the subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by using the methods of literature,expert interview and experiment.Before the experiment,the 15-second dorsal muscle,1min sit-up,1min lateral leg lifting,air posture and other indexes of the two groups were tested to ensure that there was no significant difference in all aspects of the conditions between the two groups before the experiment.At the same time,the difference between the control group and the experimental group during the eight-week experimental teaching period is that the experimental group uses the core strength training method to intervene,while the control group uses the traditionalstrength training method to carry on the intervention training.The rest of the training conditions are the same.After 8 weeks of experimental teaching,the experimental group and the The relevant test data were processed and analyzed again.The experimental results show that:1.Both the control group and the experimental group with routine training and the intervention of core strength training could improve the core strength level of athletes to a certain extent,and the athletes had some improvement in completing the movements of dorsal muscle,sit-up and lateral leg lifting,especially in the experimental group,the effect of15 seconds dorsal muscle and 1min sit-up was especially obvious.2.Through the intervention of core strength training,the position of left and right legs in the air and the angle between left and right legs and torso in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.In addition,the experimental group athletes in the air posture control is also significantly better than the control group.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions:1.Coaches and athletes can add the intervention of core strength training in the exercise of flexion and leg jumping,which has a certain effect on the quality of air posture of flexion and leg jumping.2.The control of the core area belongs to the movement of flexion and leg jumping,and the completion of the air posture includes thecoordination and cooperation between multi-joint and multi-muscle groups,and also has certain requirements for the flexibility quality of athletes.Therefore,for athletes,in addition to strengthening the exercise in the core area,it is still necessary to strengthen the practice of other physical qualities.It can effectively improve the quality of leg jumping.3.When the core strength training is applied to the bending and leg jumping training,attention should be paid to the rational organization of the content of strength training,the scientific selection of the essentials of strength training and the enhancement of the core strength according to the special characteristics of the movement.
