Willpower is an important psychological factor in the process of overcoming the difficulties and realizing the preset goal.In middle school students,the development of willpower is at a critical stage,which is influenced by physical development,psychological development,family education,school education and social life.Through the literature research,the author will know the domestic and foreign scholars 'research on the will and the willpower,the current situation of the junior middle school students' willpower development and the cultivation strategy.Through practice research,I understand the junior middle school students willpower development level,experimental "junior middle school students willpower training program" to explore the feasibility of developing junior middle school students willpower,The results show that:The level of willpower development of the first grade students was significantly higher than that of the second and third grade students.The score of the second grade students was significantly higher than that of the third grade students in the latitude of willpower decisiveness,while other latitudes did not difference;In junior middle school,there are significant differences between male and female in the development of willpower.The scores of latitude,latitude of consciousness and latitude of self-control were significantly higher than that of boys in female,but not significant in "decisive" and"resilient" latitudes.In addition,the research data show that the "Junior middle School Students'Willpower Training Program" can improve the tenacity,consciousness and self-control quality of students' willpower,and improve the general level of students' willpower development.Therefore,the school will develop the students' willpower level through the organization of the willpower training curriculum.The author designs the willpower course program is an effective tool. |
