Volition is a psychological process in which human beings dominate and regulate their actions to achieve predetermined goals according to the established goals.It is a special psychological phenomenon in human society.Willpower is an important psychological factor used to overcome difficulties in the process of achieving the predetermined goals.Influenced by various factors such as physiology,psychology,family education and social life,the middle school stage is the key period for the development of students' willpower.history plays an important role in the cultivation of students' physiology and psychology.In this paper,through literature research,based on extensive research of scholars both at home and abroad,combined with the education teaching practice and the development of today's school students will existing,the students will to the situation of the weak and the historical discipline the specific teaching cases,the combination of the history of targeted put forward the strategies of the associated with the cultivation of the middle school students' willpower.Based on the current situation of the cultivation of students' willpower,combined with the characteristics of history teaching,this paper makes use of rich historical teaching content and distinctive historical teaching design to put forward strategies that are conducive to the cultivation of students' willpower.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,there are five chapters in this paper.Chapter one defines the concepts of will,willpower and the basic dimensions of willpower.The second chapter starts with the current situation of students' weak willpower in history teaching and analyzes the causes of students' weak willpower.Chapter three demonstrates the significance of cultivating students' willpower in middle school from two perspectives: teachers and students.In the fourth part,combining the contents of pedagogy and psychology,the author puts forward the basic strategies of willpower training for middle school students.The last part of the article,combined with the specific cases in history teaching,puts forward the basic ways and methods of cultivating the willpower of middle school students from the aspects of history classroom,teaching environment and home-school joint training.
