With the development of our social economic and the rapid advance of industrialization and urbanization after our reform and opening up,more and more rural surplus labor begin to move to the city which has formed the largest population transfer up to now.This phenomenon brings the new social problem to our modern society called “left-behind children”.The number of left-behind children has been increasing over the time,which causes many different social problems and which has been the focus of social attention as well as some researchers.The problems which contains among the left-behind children,including the psychological and physical matters,strikes us very much.Although we have taken some measures to deal with this situation,we are also still at the beginning of relative researches.The author combines the communist youth league's shandong provincial party committee to advocate "love action" hand in hand,the period of one year study about the present situation of yinan county of left-behind children,This paper focus the followings: the problems of left-behind children educational managements;the causes of left-behind children problems;some practical actions for dealing with this social phenomenon.We hope this paper could do favor to this social situation.This paper could divided into four parts: one is the introduction.Including the selected topic background,the selected topic significance,literature review,research methods,innovation;Two is the theoretical basis of left-behind children education research.Including the definition of left-behind children,the problem such as the present situation of education of left-behind children;Three is the problems of rural left-behind children education management.Analysis of the family,school and society education management main body the problems in the management of left-behind children education;Four is the cause of rural left-behind children education management analysis.Mainly includes the left-behind children why "left-behind" and the government,families,schools,social institutions such as the lack of responsibility in terms of left-behind children education;Five is to solve the problems during its education of left-behind children put forward corresponding countermeasures.From the aspects such as policy,perfecting the mechanism,actively guide seeking the biggest benefits for the left-behind children.
