Abstract: The children left in rural areas are a typical social phenomenon during the social transformation in China. It is the derivative of the problems of the countryside, the agriculture and the peasants in our country. It has been neglected for a long time because its economical contradictory is not obvious. The educational problems of those children are original and important factor of those children. With the development of the society and economy, the floating peasants will go on working in cities, and their children will be left in the hometown too. It has become a very serious problem solved in no time on how to set up a system about the education and management to those children, and to make more people pay more attention to their life and learning. At present, although this phenomenon has given rise to people's attention, the researches about it were very limited.
