Investigation And Analysis On Job Burnout And Psychology Health Of PE Teachers In Higher Vocational Colleges In Huai'an

With the acceleration of the society changing and the updating of the education ideas,the physical education teachers in vocational colleges in Huaian who are responsible for the training of high level talents students are in physical exhaustion feel of body and mind and increase obviously in job burnout.It not only affects their own mental health,but also has negative influence on the students,the school PE teachers themselves,and even the whole society.The author carries on the investigation and analysis the occupation burnout of PE teachers in Vocational Colleges in Huaian City,in order to understand the higher vocational teachers' occupation burnout clearly,improve the quality of PE teachers and arouse their enthusiasm,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges,at the same time some advice is given out to ease the teachers job burnout.This paper selected the PE teachers in Huai'an City Vocational College.Literature data method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other scientific research method are used.Through putting out Higher Vocational Teachers job Burnout Scale and symptom self-checklist SCL-90 at the beginning and end of the semester,A statistical software SPSS17 for analysis and processing,the following results were obtained:1?At the end of the semester,the overall situation of job burnout on PE teachers in Huai'an vocational college is not serious while at the beginning it is more serious2 ? Teachers with vice-senior professional is different in the dimension of the disintegration of the personality significantly;while the senior professional in the emotional exhaustion and the mental health status.3?At the beginning and the end of the term,the PE teachers in the higher vocational school in Huai'an have a significant differences in low achievement.4?Teachers with different teaching experience have a typical difference particul-arly in 21-30 years age.5?PE teachers with different classes about 16-22 and above 30 in a week have a significantly difference in mental health.6 ? PE teachers with bachelor degree and graduate degree have a significantly difference in mental health.7?The job burnout on PE teachers at the beginning of the semester has a low correlation with anxiety factor and mental factor;a middle correlation with depressed factor and a negative correlation with the paranoid factor.8?At the end of the semester,the burnout of PE teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Huai'an city is middlely related to the disintegration of the personality,emotional exhaustion while related with mental health lowly.
