Through literature collection,interviews and consultancy expert, the author works out a comparative mature questionnaire for the research of organization culture identity in enterprise, and then carries out a survey in the selected enterprises which belong in real estate industry machine-building industry and advertising industry in Chongqing province, The results are carefully collected and concluded for statistical analysis after the survey.First through projects analysis, exploratory factors analysis screens projects and reveals that organization cultural identity is a three-dimensional structure, and then carries on the letter validity examination for the questionnaire. Second the author discusses how population statistics variables with organization culture identity dimensions though multi-dimensional variance analysis. Finally though correlation analysis and regression analysis, the author further explores the relation among organization culture identity, job satisfaction and turnover intention.The study results are listed as following:(1) The structure of organization culture identity in Chinese enterprises includes three dimensions: organization culture cognition, organization culture emotion, organization culture behavior.(2) The identity level of enterprise staffs to the organization culture identity overall and dimensions is higher than the medium; Job satisfaction level is also higher than the medium,and employee's turnover intention level is lower than the medium. The situations that population statistics variables in the organization culture identity dimensions are different, besides sex, other population statistics variables varies greatly with organization culture identity dimensions, marriage, age, working seniority in the enterprise, educational background, position levels and the month income. (3) There is significant positive correlation between organization culture identity and job satisfaction;There is significant inverse correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention; There is significant inverse correlation between organization culture identity and turnover intention. Organization culture identity and job satisfaction have signification prediction ability to the turnover intention. Job satisfaction is also an intermediary variable factor between organization culture identity and turnover intention.This author has made some preliminary studies on the structure of organization culture identity and the quantitative research,in the time, the author further explores the relation among organization culture identity, job satisfaction and turnover intention in that foundation. These research conclusions are important to strengthen the organization cultural reconstruction,enhances the staff's job satisfaction and reduces turnover intention.
