In the development and management of the construction industry,the high turnover rate of professional and technical personnel will affect the long-term development of enterprises and team cohesion.Organizational equity and employee job satisfaction are negatively correlated with their dimission intention.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of organizational equity in construction industry and engineer job satisfaction on their dimission intention.Construction engineers as the research object,this study on the organizational justice theory,two-factor theory,demand hierarchy theory and social exchange theory as the theoretical basis,according to the results of empirical research,discuss the construction engineer social demographics variables to the construction of organizational justice,engineers,the influence of the difference between job satisfaction and turnover intention,organizational justice,job satisfaction and the influence of the relationship between turnover intention,construction engineers and management Suggestions are proposed according to the conclusion,to conclude this dissertation research board and improvement Suggestions are put forward.The results show that: different age,marriage and childbearing status of construction engineers have significant differences in organizational fairness,job satisfaction and turnover intention.The samples with different working years showed significant differences in organizational equity and turnover intention,but not in job satisfaction.There were no significant differences in organizational fairness,job satisfaction and turnover intention among different gender and educational background samples.According to the hypothesis test result shows that organizational justice and job satisfaction and turnover intention was significantly negative correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction was significantly positive correlation between job satisfaction in the relationship between organizational justice impact on turnover intention plays an intermediary role,including salary,benefits,career development plays a role of intermediary two dimensions,company management,working condition and does not play a mediation role relationships.
