To break through the tradition and make further development,the Secondary Vocational Education must enter the stage of connotation construction,that is,implementing reform and seeking progressive way from the microcosmic,the essential courses,and from the teaching level.Secondary Vocational Accounting Profession in Secondary Vocational Schools is to cultivate accounting personnel who are engaged in cashier,daily accounting,management accounting,bookkeeping agency work,etc.New graduate students of Secondary Vocational Accounting Major are engaged in the lowest layer of the general cashier or cashier work.And with the rapid development of new market economy and the further improvement of the modern financial system,the modern enterprise financial personnel are no longer simple skilled workers who are proficient in accounting skills,but the talents who are the coalition of professional proficiency,ordination ability and decision-making ability.What is emphatically discussed in this paper is how to make the students form a diversified comprehensive vocational ability during the period of school learning.This paper tries to introduce ERP sand table simulation training course into secondary vocational accounting profession,discuss its positive role,as well as make teaching design of secondary hierarchical.This paper starts from the perspective of modern enterprises' demanding of the accounting talents,putting forward that ERP sand table simulation experiment should be introduced into the secondary vocational accounting profession by studying talent cultivation and analyzing the current situation and existing problems,at the same time,optimized teaching design should be made rigorously to form a complete training program design,and by the contrast test to draw some conclusions,finally putting forward the safeguard measures.This paper is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1 is the introduction which elaborates the background of the research,proposes the problems that exist in the ERP sand table simulation experiment,defines the relevant concepts and introduces the literature review at home and abroad;Chapter 2 shows the basis and principles of ERP sand table simulation experiment curriculum design,which discuss the theoretical basis of the curriculum design for action oriented and task driven teaching methods,such as the curriculum design of process orientation and competence-based principle;Chapter 3 deals with curriculum design,job analysis of ERP simulation training which makes job descriptions and work analysis to adapt to the course design of the secondary vocational students from the perspectives of curriculum goal,curriculum content,curriculum setting,curriculum evaluation,etc.Chapter 4 presents the implementation of the curriculum design,evaluation-comparative experiments and research,taking accounting professional ERP course in Xingtai modern vocational school as an example to do the contrast test research in order to reveal the curriculum design of the teaching process,to analysis whether students' comprehensive ability is improved,thus making evaluation from the aspects of students and teachers,finally this paper puts forward the implementation guarantee of ERP curriculum in secondary vocational schools.
