Research On Strengthening The Legal Consciousness Education Of Agricultural University Students

The key to the construction of a harmonious campus lies in the level of legal consciousness of the school administrators, teachers and students, and the cultivation of legal quality depends on the legal education to a great extent. In the context of a comprehensive rule of law, the legal consciousness of college students directly affects them into society, lawlessness in the encounter, injustice, in criminal activities without knowing the circumstances and so on attitude and response.In this paper, through the introduction, the problems and causes of legal awareness of college students in agricultural colleges and universities, and the ways and means to strengthen the legal awareness of agricultural college students are discussed in the three part. Based on the investigation of "legal consciousness questionnaire" as the basis, from the perspective of three legal cognition, legal emotion and legal will summarize the legal consciousness of college students has the following problems:the legal consciousness awareness needs to be strengthened; the constitution of knowledge get more passive; legal knowledge acquisition is greatly influenced by the "utilitarian" ideological influence of knowledge of law; feelings of subjective psychological effect is obvious; the legal authority of the identity should be improved; with legal weapons rights need to be changed. Then, from the college students' subjective factor and school family and society three objective factors, the existence of legal consciousness of agricultural college students discussed the problem. Finally, on the basis of the study, combined with the internal and external causes of the dialectical relationship between the strengthening of college students legal awareness of the specific ways of education. Including:college students should enhance the moral cultivation, to establish a correct concept of righteousness; strengthen self education, play the subjective initiative; cultivate their awareness of the law in the social practice. From the aspect of colleges and universities, colleges and universities should enrich the contents of legal education of Undergraduates in agricultural universities; improve the teaching management mode, broaden the way of education; in the teaching must stimulate the curiosity of students, reinforcement learning motivation; theory with practice, and actively expand the second classroom; give full play to college students in agricultural colleges; cultivate a strong moral and law cultural atmosphere. From the family level, to create a democratic and harmonious family law awareness atmosphere; parents to change the mode of education of parents. From the social level, to optimize the rule of law environment with Chinese characteristics; to strengthen the public opinion leading the social legal system; broaden the channels of legal education; strengthen the legal publicity and other measures.
