In order to meet the needs of the development of the state and society,the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline clearly put forward to innovate talents training mode.To achieve this goal,we must follow the law of education and talent developing mode,deepening the reform of education teaching,innovation education teaching methods.Based on this,in recent years,countries continue to promote the reform of teaching materials,and actively guide teaching mode from traditional mode to voluntary cooperation to explore the mode transformation,training the students'autonomous learning,cooperative learning,inquiry-based learning habits.The purpose of this research is under the education trend of teaching reform,attempts to explore an effective classroom teaching model,lets the student in high school thought political lesson study method is more active.more and more efficient.Levels of interactive teaching mode is based on the reform of the high school ideological and political teaching material design,it will be self--to explore the mode and the layered cooperation pattern,mutual cooperation mode,the combination of learned their strengths,thus more teaching guiding significance and effectiveness.Its innovation lies in the self--mode further refinement,explore curriculum advocates stronger operability.In addition,the previous interaction focuses on the interaction within the classroom interaction between teachers and students and interaction,interactive and level requirements division also want to participate,and expand the interactive classroom scope of space and time,are no longer confined to the classroom interaction.So interactive hierarchy is connected to the inside and outside the classroom,focus on the teachers' and students' all-round development.Hierarchical interactive teaching mode including:interactive preparation,task arrangement,classroom interaction,classroom assessment four basic link.Hierarchical interactive classroom is a teacher in the class from the traditional classroom early need to prepare for a lot of work,including the teaching goal and content analysis,the arrangement of the students to preview before class,teaching design,etc.,to resolve the problem of the interaction between link need division,projects,using the power of the collective design feasibility stronger solution,to help students in the classroom interactive discussion.Task arrangement is on the basis of this section of the combination of teaching plan arrangement group tasks and group,such as debate class needs to be divided into positive and negative two big groups.Classroom interaction is the key link in hierarchical interactive teaching,including interaction within the group,interactive way,teachers and students,a progressive transformation,have to solve a problem or task as the goal,and then through the classroom evaluation scheme of group and team members of class participation,classroom discipline,classroom assignments,and so on and so forth,on the basis of comprehensive statistics,each score and points to statistics respectively,offset,avoid merits and cover problem.In addition,this papers some of the problems in the process of the experiment model puts forward the perfect measures.
