"In the general high school ideological and Political Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)course,it points out the basic concepts of the curriculum: to promote teachers to change teaching methods so that teaching can be carried out in the atmosphere of interaction between teachers and students and open democracy,and also to promote students to change the study method through cooperative study and inquiry-based learning to cultivate innovation and practical capabilities.Compared with traditional teaching methods,opening and interactive teaching is more conducive to create a democratic and equal learning atmosphere and it helps students improve their learning initiative.Interactive teaching is to provide students with more opportunities to participate in learning actively through interactive way,so that high school ideological and political education can become more energetic and passionate.In the process of interaction,students can explore the problems through discussion and cooperation,which not only can help them have the independent development opportunities to cultivate self-aid learning,but also stimulate their learning initiative.This can provide a more effective teaching result.The interactive teaching mode has been widely used in the high school ideological and political course.It can further improve the theoretical system of effective interactive teaching and promote the effective implementation of interactive teaching in the classroom.Taking the interactive teaching of Ideological and political course in high school as the research object,this paper,guided by Marx's view of practice,humanistic psychology and constructivism theory,adopts the method of literature research and case analysis.This paper summarizes the problems in interactive teaching of high school Ideological and political course,and explore the improvement measure through those problems.First of all,after consulting and learning relevant researches at home and abroad,this paper gives some basic explanations for interactive teaching's connotation,types and characteristics.After explaining the relevant concept problems,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems including interactive concept,standard,process and reflection.The incomplete transformation of teachers' concept of interaction can not better guide interactive teaching.Interaction standards affect teachers and students' understanding and evaluation of interactive teaching.If the standard of interaction is not specific,teachers and students will have an incomplete understanding and evaluation for interactive teaching and this will not helpful to develop an effective teaching.The interaction process is the key part of the interactive teaching.Once the organization part is not normative,chaos and ineffectiveness will caused,which will leave a bad influence on the whole teaching process.As an important way to summarize and absorb interactive teaching experience,interactive reflection is also important for the effectiveness of interactive teaching.This paper puts forward some strategies to enhance the effectiveness of interactive teaching based on the previous analysis and related information.First,the idea of interactive teaching is the ideological basis for the implementation of interactive teaching which plays an important role in interactive teaching.Therefore,teachers should continue to learn and update the concept of interactive teaching,and further improve their comprehensive quality from many aspects,and enhance their ability to implement interactive teaching.The more optimized the teaching design,the more adequate preparation will be,so the class atmosphere will be controlled.The implementation process of interactive teaching is a very important part,which needs to create a good situation,and at the same time,it must organize closely.The interactive evaluation is related to the summary and reflection on the effect of interactive teaching.Therefore,the evaluation should not only be multidimensional and practical,but also make interactive reflection practical.At the same time,we also need to make the interactive evaluation more scientific and effective,and also further sum up the interactive teaching experience to promote the implementation of interactive teaching and to improve the effectiveness of interactive teaching.The exploration of these strategies is based on the interactive teaching process,which makes a concrete analysis and research on each part of the implementation of the interactive teaching to give a relatively complement and summary for how to promote interactive teaching on the whole.
