With the 2002 Shanghai "PhaseⅡ" within the curriculum in the city is carried out roundly. As its core concept-"the development of students" development concept has penetrated into the front line of teaching. According to spirit of the curriculum, we are able to provide the adequate opportunity for high school students to engage in learning activities and to guide students developing self-cooperation and exchanging freely for actively in the classroom by carring out multi-dimensional interactive teaching model in senior politics class. Thus it is effective to improve their learning ability and build a harmonious, democratic, pleasant and harmonious learning environment.However, there is a large gap between the actual effect and the new curriculum ideas advocated when we carried out the multi-dimensional interactive teaching mode in the current ideological and political line high school classroom. This was reflected in the form of multi-dimensional interactive teaching purposes causing vague superficial, Multi-dimensional interactive objects inequality leading to the marginalization of poor students. Therefore, to truly practice the advanced concept of the "PhaseⅡ" curriculum, we must improve the effectiveness of multi-dimensional interactive teaching model and building an effective, meaningful, easy-to multi-dimensional interactive process of teaching.From the first part of the theoretical background of multi-dimensional interactive teaching beginning, we hope to help the teacher have a general understanding of the multi-dimensional interactive teaching concepts, theories and research of sources. Afterwards, in the second part we analyze the current situation of the multi-dimensional interactive teaching in the current ideological and political class. And we face to face discussing a favorable thing and problems of "status quo". Then, the article analyze on the current causes of inefficient or ineffective in this multi-dimensional interactive teaching and help them to see the fact. According to discussion of the first two parts, in the third part of the article proposed the Specific ways of enhancing the effectiveness of multi-dimensional interactive teaching and learning, for helping high school teachers to better enhance the effectiveness of multi-dimensional interactive teaching and Supplemented by practical case to be demonstrated.
