On The Construction Of Training Base In The Concept Of Integrated Curriculum

Integrated curriculum reform is widely practiced in vestibule schools and technician institutes throughout the country.How to construct a school training base to match the integration of curriculum is the main problem to be solved in the development of connotation in vestibule schools and technician institutes.Through the research and analysis of teaching theories of integrated curriculum,based on the successful experience of domestic and foreign practice,this thesis induced the related theory and construction procedures of training base to explore an effective way for the construction of integrated training base in technician institutes.The main contents of this research are as follows:First,It elaborated the concept of the integration of curriculum reform in detail,the high-skilled talents' growth rule.And the core of the integration of teaching ideas(talent view?teaching view?course view)was also discussed.At the same time,it analyzed the principle of integration of teaching and teaching mode and so on systematically,and summed up the basic flow of building integration training room.Second,taking intelligent manufacturing base as the example,under the guidance of the idea of integration,the overall framework of intelligent manufacturing bases had been designed,according to the "5 steps”of skilled personnel career development,and "4 ability levels " of vocational education curriculum development.The design of this framework fully embodied to students' comprehensive vocational ability training which was not only the starting point but the foothold,integrating theory teaching with practice teaching,ability training with job docking,practice with field work.Thus to make students realize the enterprise demands and its own development needs.And related theories about the construction of training base construction were validated with the actual cases.Third,it summarized the problems in the practice training bases management in the process of the integration of teaching.With ERP technology enterprise management concept and the technology of internet,it set up integrated management system to promote the efficiency and quality of integrated teaching,and to improvethe efficiency of the training room practically.
