The Research On Practice Training Base Of Construction And Management Of Intermediate Vocational School

With the advent of 21 century, the vocational education in our country is also in its prime. During the key period of building up the moderate wealthy society and modern industrialized country, the social and economical growth has led to a new round growth in vocational education. As the foundation of vocational education, intermediate vocational education is an important component of vocational education system, and important base for training technical talents which are essential to modern society. As a core carrier of intermediate vocational education, intermediate vocational school, to grasp the growth opportunity, is required to train qualified technicians who can meet the market need. The construction and management of practice training base is a very important step.Practice training base is a physical integration based on concepts. According to my investigation and interview with several intermediate vocational schools in Zhejiang province, there are such problems as emphasizing equipment procurement while neglecting equipment management and emphasizing the configuration of hardware while neglecting the management of software in the construction and management of practice training bases in these schools. The most conspicuous problem is the absence of the support of advanced concepts and the absence of construction scheme design. As a result, the paper, having explored the theoretical base of the construction of the practice training bases for intermediate vocational schools, puts forward the main considerations of the construction of the practice training bases for intermediate vocational schools from the perspective of curriculum theory and learning theory, namely, regarding the curriculum theory as a base, following the learning rules, enhancing the soft environment, and focusing on the characteristics of intermediate vocational schools.Practice training base is a physical integration based on concepts. In addition, the paper also explores the feasibility of introducing the concepts of total quality management and 5S management methods, thereby providing beneficial explorations for subsequent research and study.
