Research On Application Of Project Managemant In Entrepreneurship Education

In recent years,entrepreneurship education activities has developed,although certain achievements have been made,but the lack of scientific and effective management and the shortage of optimized configuration of resources are still the problems lead to low success rate,weak practicality and poor transformation.As a mature management mode,if project management can be applied to the entrepreneurship education activities,it will be conducive to the improvement and management,and also be beneficial to the optimized configuration and integration of resources.With the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview and case analysis,Shaoxing university as an example,analyzed the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship education activities and the existing problems,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of applying project management to college students' entrepreneurship education activities.Combined with the idea,method and technique of "life cycle theory" and "PDCA deming cycle theory" in project management,this paper applied project management in college students' entrepreneurship education activities,designed and built project management process model for college students' entrepreneurship education activities and PDCAI deming circle "three steps" monitoring management model,in order to realize the standardized and effective management of entrepreneurial education activities,and to achieve the optimal integration of entrepreneurship education resources.This paper hopes to provide some references for other colleges and universities to better carry out entrepreneurship education,and to promote college students' entrepreneurial and cultivating entrepreneurial ability,hopes to provide some help to promote entrepreneurship education activities of Shaoxing university.
