The Backbone Volunteers Training And Management Of The First National Youth Games Of China

The first National Youth Games of China ended with a success in Fuzhou. So much of that depends on the participation of volunteers, and in order to provide high quality voluntary service, the backbone volunteers shoulder important responsibility in the process and management of voluntary service. By learning the participation attitude and motivation of the backbone volunteers, and analysis the current situation and issues encountered in the volunteer service work, provide some proposed countermeasures fort the volunteers of the first National Youth Games of China and a reference for the large-scale comprehensive sports games and other sports backbone volunteer training and management in the future.This thesis selecting the backbone volunteer of the first National Youth Games of China as the research object, using literature analysis to clarify the concepts and definitions related to the volunteer backbone; and through the method of investigation and participation observation to investigate and analyze the backbone volunteers, and make the focus tracking in the training and test match and the race of the track and field and swimming events, and obtain some reliable data. By the mathematical statistics of mid test and post test data analysis of motivation and attitude of backbone volunteer, we may safely arrive at the following conclusions:1.The backbone volunteers as a "media" in the operation of the volunteers work.2.The backbone volunteers take the "manager" role in the volunteers work.3.The results of the questionnaire indicated that the internal motivation of the volunteer is the crux of their participation in volunteer activities.4.Questionnaire results show that the service attitude of the backbone volunteers gradually clear as the service going on, and the enthusiasm has continued to improve.5.According to the case, the training time is insufficient and the training content is not clear.6."Human management" has played an important role in backbone volunteer training and management.According to the conclusion, putting forward some suggestions for large tournament backbone volunteer training and management.
