Research On Situation On Humanistic Education In Higher Vocational College In Fujian

In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges as a commitment to higher vocational education paid more and more attention to "professional" and "skill" training in the cultivation of talents, but ignored the educating function. This resulted in that some students had higher professional skills and knowledge, but lacked the basic quality of society. The comprehensive quality of graduates(including personal professionalism and integrity in the core values of Chinese socialism stressed by President Xi) was not high, which was unable to meet the needs of the society. With the rapid development of science & technology and economic, social positions required more and more comprehensive quality among employees, while the education model of higher vocational colleges paying attention to students'professional education was no longer adapted to the social development. So the improvement of the humanistic quality of students in higher vocational colleges was imperative. And through the teaching of humanistic knowledge and the influence of humanistic spirit, the purpose of the paper was to make the students become a new talent of truly high skilled and comprehensive quality.On the basis of in-depth study of literature, first of all,thesis defines the basic connotation of humanistic education and elaborates the significance of vocational Colleges Enhance Humanity Education. Secondly, taking the higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province as an object, using questionnaires and individual interviews conducted research,and found that those problems in the Humanities Education in Higher Vocational College. Finally, putting forward of the policy of strengthening Humanity Education,This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, this paper introduces the background, research status, research ideas and research methods used.The second part describes the related concepts, connotation and necessity of Humanistic Education in Vocational Colleges. The third part analyzes the Investigation and results of of Humanity Education in Fujian province. The fourth part summarizes the problems Humanity Education in Fujian province, and analyzes its genesis from many aspects in-depth.The fifth part proposes corresponding counter measures for problems of higher vocational colleges.
