Higher vocational education has been an indispensable part of higher education, A large number of high-quality skilled talents in society generally comes from the need of Higher Vocational colleges. Under the pressure of employment, most of the domestic vocational colleges one-sided emphasis on students occupation skill training, makes the edge of humanistic education, to gradually become the onlyprofessional skill "craftsmen", the lack of cultural connotation and humanistic accomplishment. Therefore, the higher occupation education in our country at present the problem to be solved is how to make the humanistic quality education and occupation skills students racing together bridle to bridle.The introduction part introduces research significance and research method. The second part of a rational analysis on the related theory, concept, connotation, humanistic education and occupation skill and the interaction between them were described, and then explains the necessity of their fusion. The third part has four vocational colleges are representative of the results of questionnaire survey and interviews for data analysis to the Hunan Province, discusses the present stage of Higher Vocational College Humanities Education andoccupation skill training imbalance mainly in the training goal setting skills rather than human, course arrangement, teaching practice against the imbalance of science and humanities, law students lack humanistic the pursuit of the management system, lack of humanistic care etc. The fourth part from the cognition deficiency, utilitarian effects, human resources, evaluation system is not perfect and other aspects of the leading causes of imbalance. The fifth part discusses how to realize the fusion of humane education andoccupation skill training in Higher Vocational education. Mainly includes eight aspects, namely, changing concepts of education, humanities education into theoccupation skill teaching, the improvement of teachers’ humanistic quality and professional qualities, teaching method improvement of humanistic education, establish a comprehensive evaluation mechanism, building good campus cultural environment, the development of the student’s occupation career planning andsocial practice.Finally, hope this research can provide effective advice to strengthen students’Humanities Education in Hunan Province as a case of the effective combination of various higher vocational colleges, and for other similar Vocational College Humanities Education and skills training to provide certain reference significance.
