Research On The Operation Mode And Development Of Sports Stadiums In Jinan

Chinese sports industry development has been built on the establishment of the national fitness program(2011-2015)and several suggestions to accelerate the sports consuming in 2014 by the State Council.The unity of ideas and persistence of objectives of the sports authorities would greatly constitute to enhance the scientific development of sports industry.As an effective carrier of national fitness and sports industry,we should attach great importance to the stadiums' operation and administration.We need to balance the relationship between sports career and industry,whose development should be connected by the innovation and be stimulated by the systematic creativity.General Administration of Sports of China once proposed a plan of a comprehensive development of stadiums to serve the whole society on the National Sports Industry Working Conference.Stadiums make up the most important material foundation of the sports industry development,whose construction and use has attracted extensive social attention.It will be a realistic research on how to enhance the industrial transformation of different kinds of sports facilitation,stadiums and human resources.According to the writer's present study,the operation mode of Jinan Olympic Sports Center in post-National Athletic Games-era worth being researched.Except the paid opening to the public,it also provided some free opening to promote the development of the whole Olympic Sports Center,creating a so-called "central sports region".This paper has employed methodology of documentation,questionnaires,Delphi method and mathematical statistics to do the investigation of Jinan Olympic Sports Center and the surrounding stadiums.The major points would be listed as followed: 1)The relative falling behind of the operation mode in Jinan College Stadiums leads to the poor usage rate and the worsening industrialization of college stadiums.2)Due to the lack of professional managers in stadiums and the marketing skills,the development program of stadiums is not quite sufficient.Most employees are retired workers.Even in the Olympic Sports Center and Jinan Sports Center,professional managers are rarely to be found.3)The singularity of the structure of Jinan Stadiums Operation Mode becomes one of the problems.4)The defective administration system of college stadiums is also one important problem to be discussed.The writer proposed suggestions as followed: 1)To enhance the effective opening of college stadiums;2)To reduce the operation costs;3)To push the stadiums development into the market;4)To enlarge the value of the intangible assets;5)To reallocate the stadiums' human resources;6)To transform the ideas of the sports authorities.
