Although the Chinese government attaches great importance to development of undertakings for disabled persons,also issued a series of laws,regulations and policies and measures to protect and solve the disabled employment problem,has achieved fruitful results.However,compared with the developed countries,our country low employment for the disabled is the indisputable fact.It seriously restrict the development of the cause of the disabled in China.Taking advantage of this opportunity,in the social exclusion theory,social support theory and empowerment theory,the author takes X town of physically disabled persons as the object of study,uses the methods of literature study,questionnaire survey and interview method in-depth study of employment problems of disabled persons.The author concludes that the physically disabled employment rate is low,and level of employment is low.Employment psychological barriers of physically disabled persons is an important factor affecting the employment.The author analyzed the causes of the problem from the individual level,family level and social level.From the analysis of individual level,the main reasons for the physically disabled is the overall low level of education,lack of cognitive ability,lack of self-confidence.From the analysis of household level,the main family economic difficulties,simple and crude way of educating children,adult limb disabled marriage pressure.From the social level analysis,the main social exclusion phenomenon still exists,the employment of the disabled employment services to people with disabilities are not professional.For a full investigation on the basic situation of the X town of physically disabled persons employment psychological barriers,it is found that there exists a dependent and passive,inferiority cowardice,anxiety and other psychological problems of employment of disabled limb.Through in-depth analysis of the problem,the author adopts the casework and group work methods.In case work,the author uses the psychosocial therapy pattern,starting from the correct understanding of the resources,family counseling,skill training and integration.At the same time,the author use self evaluation and other assessment methods.In the group work,the author uses the group interaction model,including the first meeting,free to fly,flower arranging skills competition,the success of the past,the protection of rights and interests,role transformation,prospect.The author use before and after the measurement and measurement of team satisfaction.Through the implementation of the work plan and program,employment psychological barriers of the handicapped has been significantly changed,the author provides a operable way for government employment services to people with disabilities.At the same time,there is a strong dependence,restrict and promote relations between case work and group work.In order to prove the effect of the two methods,to provide feasible suggestions for how to choose the methods of work and intervention model,The author makes a comparative study from the service concept,service mode and service skills.The purpose is to provide reference for the future social work which is suitable for the physically disabled persons in employment psychological barriers.To make a long story short,study on the handicapped employment mental obstacles,it has made some achievements.But in the operation process,there are also social role and conflict,and ethical dilemma and so on.In view of the disabled employment service,suggestions include setting up community public positions,cultivating non-profit social organizations purchase of social services,etc,For the disabled employment service,the author puts forward the virtuous cycle and sustainable development.
