Learning adaptability is the ability of learning adaptation,it includes the attitude of leaning,the learning methods,leaning environment and the physical and mental health of the students which plays an important role in the student's academic and education growth.Many scholars discussed the learning adaptability problems on macro level,conducted quantitative research from the psychology and pedagogy and paid attention to current problems,but they still can't give the specific solutions about that.Great environment changes have been taken placed during the transition from the rural education to city education for those migrant children,together with the different household income level,family structures,educational philosophy and educational methods makes it easy to accumulate some problems relative to leaning adaptation.This article is based on social work perspective,through a questionnaire survey,interviews and field observation,the researcher finally find that 23 migrant children from Z school have a bad performance on their daily academic learning.Nearly half of them feels they have some difficulties in their academic learning.Learning adaptability problems are widely exist in these children including lacking of learning motivation and skills,learning strategy and learning ecological system disorders and the misunderstanding of the reason why they feel difficulties due to the un-adaption of the learning environment.Based on severity of the primary research and the general view of the field observation,the author selected two students as the service object for the study case and used the cognitive behavioral therapy model and the theory of ecological system to establish a detail study of each case so as to help the students to get improvement on the problems of lacking of learning motivation and un-adaption of the learning environment.It turns out to be that lacking of cognitive learning is the main reason why the students haven't enough motivation to study.Social worker use cognitive behavioral therapy model as well as the task orientation method and other skills to help students to enhance their abilities of self-management and self-control so as to improve their performance in communication and cognition development.The result shows that with the social worker's help,the process of re-build student's cognition is successful,but it still needs other resources to support it.The main reason why the students can't adapt the environment is learning ecological system disorders.Social worker analyzed the case's demand and tried to give the solutions by studying case's individual,peer groups,school,family,community motions and environments.Social worker also helps the students to have more interaction with the teachers,parents and builds up a more connective link between the family,school and social communities by using the concepts such as social role playing,pressure relax and task management.Comparing with the student's performance,it is the social worker's continues efforts made the students make a great progress to adapt the learning environment.The results also shows that,the cognitive behavioral therapy is effective for the reconstruction mode of students' cognitive structure,but the development of the new behavior also needs to support environment;ecological system theory from the micro,meso,macro three aspects of starting,improve the case main personal ability,strengthen the case main interactions with the environment,effective problem solving environment adaptation.
