The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Grade Management In The Senior High School

The senior high schools have expanded their scales in our country since the population of China has a sharp increase from the end of the 20^th Century.In order to relieve the stress of the school administration,the senior middle schools which deliver high-quality students for universities must reform the management structure and mode to adapt to the new environment.As a result,a grade group and a grade management are emerged.To build an excellent team led by grade director is one of the most important tasks.And now there are some disadvantages in its development process,which impede the service for the educating and teaching work more effectively.The author carries out an investigation through questionnaire method to a senior middle school in this thesis,focuses on the management of the grade team with Barnard system organization theory combined with the interview,and analyzes the restriction of management system,the quality of management and management philosophy,a series of problems caused by the administrative authority of grade director limited,the lack of independent executive power by reflecting and deeply understanding through as a teacher.And the author tries to explore the countermeasures to solve the problems,such as improving the management system,setting up an outstanding grade director and establish a correct idea of grade management.Then the development and perfection of grade group management will be perfected further.The related empirical research is relatively little.This thesis will have guiding significances for the senior high school grade management,and can give more senior administrators for reference.
