| General upper secondary education is a specific learning segment and a linking role in a modern school education system, a critical transition stage from juvenile to adult, a very important learning stage in a person's life. In rural areas, general upper secondary education is an important aspect to improve the quality of peasant children, a main way to change the fate of these students. But because of various reasons, the current general upper secondary schools develop slowly in rural areas,there are some potential worries which should not be overlooked, such as the capital shortage, personnel disorderly movement, homogenization of the rural upper secondary school education, these problems have constrained the development of the rural secondary school from the size and speed, also restricted the education quality of the rural secondary school.At present, rural upper secondary school education is being developed vigorously in our country, and explore high school education in rural areas is a top priority.Rural general upper secondary education in Fujian Province is a microcosm of general upper secondary education of our country. This paper surveys the current development of general upper secondary education in Fujian Province, analyze and elaborate the problems of rural secondary school. I believe that a correct understanding of the plight and the development status of upper secondary schools in rural areas in Fujian Province, can offer some references for the future development of rural upper secondary schools in Fujian Province.The article consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, which describes the origins, purpose, methods and significance of the research, as well as current domestic researches. According to the actual needs of the content of this paper, the second part have defined the relevant concepts, and explore the product attributes clearly, education nature and value orientation, development theories and based policy. The third part describes the current development investigation, and analyzes the main present problems. The forth part analyzes the problems in terms of education, school and society. According to the forth part, the fifth part explores the countermeasures to improve the development of rural upper secondary school. |
