China's current elementary and middle schools are teaching the class as a unit,as a classroom teacher leadership play an important role in the process of China's primary and secondary schools in teaching.Students in school is not just to learn,but also to develop good moral training,the student teacher is undoubtedly learn from.Teacher's behavior to affect students' critical.In junior high school classes for the collective management of the education act,some teacher will often use words to motivate their students,this positive behavior to guide the healthy development of students personality and set,it allows students to form the correct values and good life,we will educate and guide this behavior is defined as transformational leadership.With the help of values education,the teacher can solve the problem of learning for students,but also can use their body to the side as a role model for the students to help students establish a correct thought.From the research results at home and abroad transformational leadership classes starting in mastering the theoretical basis of the theory of transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness,etc.above,from the four dimensions of charisma,vision,planning,intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration of the survey design,etc.problems,our junior high school class teacher transformational leadership behaviors were studied and analyzed,to find a class in which there functions too,the idea of educating people to keep up with the pace of the times,difficult to deal with the relationship between the examination-oriented education and quality education and for teacher lack of awareness of the work of professional and other issues,and put forward specific job functions performed teacher reforms,establish the correct values of the working class,students establish consciously guide the development of consciousness,full participation in classroom management improvement measures and suggestions to improve the class leadership provide a reference.
