Self-responsible behavior means that individuals realize their own responsibilities and take the initiative to undertake corresponding responsibilities on the basis of correct understanding and evaluation of themselves. As one of the external manifestations and important components of self-responsibility,self-responsible behavior has been searched by scholars at home and abroad on the meaning, dimension, influencing factors, and development characteristics, but few have explored its relationship with students' self-responsible behavior from the perspective of teacher management.According to social cognitive theory and social information processing theory, leadership style,as an important situational factor in the environment, can guide the perception of individuals in the environment and influence their attitudes and behaviors. It can also further influence the motivation, attitude and behavior of individuals by influencing the environment atmosphere, class rules, interpersonal relationships and so on.Especially after entering the school, teachers,as the important person leading students' growth and development in school education, play a more important role in the construction of their ideals, beliefs and positive personality quality. Therefore, this study will explore the role and mechanism of transformational leadership in junior middle schoolstudents' self-responsible behavior by researching the relationship among self-orientation,self-responsible behavior of junior middle school students and the perceived role of transformational leadership of teachers,so as to provide basis and inspiration for the education of students' self-responsible behavior and the effectiveness of teachers' management methods. This research mainly uses questionnaire survey method, and takes three middle schools in Changsha and Yongzhou of Hunan as the research object,to explore the relationship between self-orientation and self-responsible behavior of junior middle school students,as well as the role of transformational leadership in the relationship between self-orientation and self-responsible behavior. The results are presented as follows:1.There is no significant difference in gender and grade of junior middle school students' self-responsible behavior.2.The gender and grade differences in junior middle school students' self-orientation are significant. When it comes to ideal-actual self-orientation,the average score of boys is significantly lower than that of girls;and the average score of students in grade three is the significantly highest among three grades. On the aspect of ought-actual self-orientation,the average scores of grade one students and grade two students are significantly lower than those of grade three students;but it'sgender difference is not significant.3.Self-orientation of junior middle school students is positively correlated with self-responsible behavior, which can predict self-responsible behavior positively.4.Teachers' transformational leadership is positively correlated with junior middle school students' ought-actual self-orientation,which can positively predict it.But teachers' transformational leadership has no significant correlation with junior middle school students' ideal-actual self-orientation.5.Teachers' transformational leadership has a moderating effect on the relationship between junior middle school students' self-orientation and self-responsible behavior. The specific manifestation is that with the improvement of students' perception of teachers, transformational leadership, the role of ideal-actual self-orientation in promoting junior middle school students' self-responsible behavior is obviously enhanced. However, when students recognize low teachers' transformational leadership, the role of student's ideal-actual self-orientation is not significant. The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Self-orientation of junior middle school students is positively correlated with self-responsible behavior, which can predict self-responsible behavior.2.Students' perception of Teachers ‘transformational leadership plays a moderating role in the relationship between junior middle school students' self-orientation and self-responsible behavior.
