In recent years with the rapid development of Chinese economy.the upsurge of learning Chinese around the world.With the continuous expansion of the scale of Chinese teaching and teachers in Thailand,it is also faced with the problem that the new teaching facilities are not perfect and the novice teachers lack experience.Current research on the class management of senior high school students are mostly concentrated in the domestic Chinese language teaching,Chinese language teaching in Thailand started late,research on classroom management,in the context of cross-cultural classroom order is relatively small,the country study is less.Thailand has a different way of education and education concept,Chinese by the traditional mode of education influence Chinese teacher,taught in Thailand,classroom management mode and not with the Thailand teaching environment with the times,can cause the classroom management problems in a certain extent.Thailand high school Chinese classroom order is poor,the classroom order is difficult to control is the majority of Chinese teachers and public school teachers common consensus.Most of the Chinese teaching activities are completed in the classroom,with a good classroom order is to ensure the smooth progress of classroom teaching premise,but also to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of teaching objectives.Therefore,how to create a good classroom order and improve the quality and efficiency of Chinese teaching plays an important role in the promotion of Chinese in Thailand.On the basis of research of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the classroom observation method,interview method and case analysis method to revealthe specific means of dealing with problem behavior order and then the teacher appeared in Thailand Chinese classroom,summed up the main reasons for these classroom order problems from four aspects: Thailand educational philosophy,teachers and students.Then according to the reasons,proposes some effective strategies to help Chinese teachers to improve classroom order.It is hoped that this study will be helpful for the Chinese teachers in Thailand senior high school to maintain a good classroom order in the teaching work.The full text is divided into five parts:Part one: introduction.The research background and research significance of the paper,introduces the research methods and the object of this topic,and the research state of domestic and foreign experts and scholars from different angles,different aspects of classroom management,classroom order,definition of researchThe second part states the current situation of the Chinese classroom order management in Thailand,and points out the general behavior that disturbs the order of the classroom and the measures to be taken by the teachers.The third part: analyze and summarize the reasons for the influence of these factors on classroom order behavior.The main contents are as follows: the concept of education,students,teachers and schools.The fourth part puts forward some suggestions and strategies to improve classroom order.Based on the analysis of the specific reasons and the interviews with the teachers and students,the author puts forward some effective strategies to maintain the good Chinese classroom order in Thailand from two aspects of the teachers and the relevant management organizations.The fifth part: conclusion.
