Research On Campus Crisis Management Of Dongguan University Of Technology

With the development of China's higher education in the process of elite education to mass education,the scale of college enrollment has been greatly enlarged,and the scale of campus and the mode of running a school have changed greatly.Guangdong,as the forefront of reform and opening up,the rapid development of higher education.But because of the overall development of Guangdong higher education university is not balanced between institutions,funding disparities,some colleges and universities use the multi campus operation,weak infrastructure,management means of old problems,resulting in the campus crisis management problems have become increasingly prominent.As students of accidents,incidents or fight brawl,illegal assembly,practice accident emergencies,caused a great impact on the school and society.However,the frequent occurrence of campus crisis also exposed the weak link of crisis management system.This article through literature review and theoretical research on university campus crisis and campus crisis management theory,the concept and content of the clearance of campus crisis,analysis of the characteristics and principles of campus crisis management,describe the status quo of Dongguan University of Technology campus crisis,according to the Dongguan Polytechnic campus crisis management in the sense of crisis,crisis emergency education lag problems,lack the ability of crisis management,vacuum problem in crisis public relations problem investigation,explore problems research in campus crisis management and the reasons.At the same time,with reference to the successful experience of campus crisis management in foreign countries and Hong Kong and Taiwan,this article puts forward the Countermeasures of crisis management in Dongguan UniversityofTechnology.Optimizetheorganizationofcrisis management in schools to develop effective campus crisis management plan,the establishment of innovative campus crisis prevention and intervention mode,increase the school crisis prevention and control software and hardware facilities,strengthen the campus crisis education,improve students' sense of crisis and emergency ability,and so on.
