With the development of society and the progress of the times,new demands are put forward for all walks of life.It is necessary to carry out the work under the concept of innovation education for the education industry.And in the school education,the curriculum is in the core position.So how to carry out the curriculum management innovatively,determining the overall level of education quality,affecting the growth and development of teachers and students in the school.First this paper discusses the significance of carrying out curriculum management under the concept of innovation education in general high schools,from the two aspects: the reality of the curriculum management and the necessity of the innovation in curriculum management.Through the analysis of the reality of the current school curriculum management,and then come to the necessity of carrying out curriculum management under the concept of innovation education: The curriculum management under the concept of innovation education is the inevitable requirement of the objective social reality,and also the essential requirement of the inner development of human beings.Then this paper discusses the theoretical basis of school curriculum management under the concept of innovative education from three aspects of constructivism learning theory,dialogue teaching theory and grounded theory.Then,combined with the case of Zhangqiu NO.4 High School,this paper discusses the subject and content of the curriculum management of the common high school under the concept of innovation education.First in the three level curriculum management system,the school's management status has been affirmed,and the principal,teachers,students and parents as an important participant in school education are the subjects of curriculum management under the concept of innovation education,should also be actively involved in the school curriculum management.On the content of curriculum management,this paper focuses on the ‘Curriculum',from the dominant curriculum,including the national curriculum,school-based curriculum innovation,integrated innovation curriculum,and hidden curriculum,specifically refers to the campus culture,these two aspects are discussed,analyzing thedevelopment and implementation of the curriculum.Finally,the effectiveness of curriculum management under the concept of innovative education is analyzed by questionnaire and interview,sum up its experience and shortcomings,in order to provide the corresponding reference experience for the development of school curriculum management under the concept of innovation education.
