Since 2014,China put forward the modern apprenticeship pilot work,which deepen the combination of talent training mode reform is the core content of the pilot work.It can be seen that with the advancement of technology and the upgrading of industrial structure our country has realized the importance of the cultivation of high level technical talents.In the international scope,UK higher apprenticeship background is very similar to our country.The research on the implementation experience of the British higher apprenticeship model is of great significance to the exploration of the implementation of the modern apprenticeship vocational education in our country.This study is based on the collection of relevant policies and documents in the UK's higher apprenticeship programs.Based on the research of Chinese and foreign scholars.This paper analyzes the four objectives of talent training,personnel training,curriculum and personnel training.This paper makes a description of the Higher Apprenticeship Program of digital technology sulotion as a case study,in order to sum up the experience of the training mode of higher apprenticeship in England,and to give some enlightenment to the modern apprenticeship system of Higher Vocational Education in China.This study is divided into five parts besides the preface:The first part is the analysis of the emergence and development of British higher apprenticeship system.It is found that the main reasons for the establishment of higher apprenticeship are the recovery of the British economy in 90 s,the adjustment of the employment market structure,the development and reform of the British modern apprenticeship system.The second part discusses the current situation of the talent cultivation mode of higher apprenticeship.The cultivation of talents is the goal of cultivating talents with practical ability,the training scheme of talents,the system of curriculum and the cooperation of multiple stakeholders.The third part is the example of the talent training mode of the higher apprenticeship program.Analysis of 4,5,6 grades of higher apprenticeship training specific implementation details.In the fourth part,the author summarizes the experience of the British higher apprenticeship model based on the talent training mode.The advanced experience is to establish training objectives of both occupation ability and application of comprehensive skills,leading employer apprenticeship training,to develop modular hierarchical standard curriculum,work based teaching practice and employers in multiple stakeholders in the dominant position.The fifth part,combined with the actual situation of China's Vocational Colleges of modern apprenticeship pilot work of the establishment of personnel training model put forward four enlightenments.The first is to regulate the behavior of the government.The second is to establish the national vocational qualification system and the development of professional ability standard.The third is to set up a work based evaluation method.Finally establish the dominant position of enterprises in personnel training.
