| With the reform of China’s socio-political and economic system,the implementation and development of the socialist market economy,the social and economic system has undergone major changes,and the employment distribution of the university has also undergone great changes.And with the rise and development of social reform,higher education has also launched a series of reforms,college graduates "employment" has gradually become a hot topic of social discussion.Therefore,based on the previous research,this paper aims to understand the characteristics of the employment expectation and the employment value orientation of postgraduates through the self-made employment expectation and employment value orientation questionnaire,and explore the relationship of employment expectation and employment value orientation.First,the cross-analysis is used to explore the group characteristics of the employment expectation of postgraduates.The employment expectation includes the expected work area,the expected employer,the expected job type and the expected monthly salary.Secondly,based on the existing research and the study of the employment value orientation structure,through the factor analysis,the employment value orientation is divided into eight dimensions:career success,easiness and regularity,occupational safety,salary and welfare,employer reputation,family maintenance,matched interest and major,industry characteristics.Among them,career success and family maintenance are the purpose of employment value orientation.easiness and regularity,occupational safety,salary and welfare,employer reputation,matched interest and major,industry characteristics are means of employment value orientation.Then,it discusses the group characteristics of the employment value orientation of postgraduates,and the relationship between the employment expectation and the employment value orientation.The results show that there is a preference for the employment trend of postgraduates,such as the preference of the eastern region,the preference of the big city,the preference of the university region and the enterprise preference.From consistency of the expectations of emloyer,positions,monthly salary can be seen,the employment expectations of graduate students is relatively rational.In addition,the study also found that the proportion of entrepreneurship is low.Through the analysis of the difference of employment value,it is found that based on different individual characteristics and the family background,there is a small difference,especially the difference of the employment value of the purpose,but the difference is obvious in the human capital.Finally,based on the problem,the article put forward the corresponding countermeasures:the individual should be a reasonable career orientation,improve the employability;colleges and universities should improve the employment guidance and services,strengthen entrepreneurship education;the government should adjust job policy,grasp the overall situation. |
