During the current era,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new historical period,and building a modern and powerful country is an important goal of my country's development in the new period.Talents are the core force in building a modern and powerful country.As an important part of our country ' s higher education stage,postgraduates' employment value orientation is consistent with our country's values,which affects the success or failure of our country ' s goal of building a modern and powerful country.In the current era,the employment ideas of graduate students fluctuate frequently,and various employment concepts continue to emerge,which seriously affects the formation of their scientific employment value orientation..This study takes “training graduate students of management to become an important force for national rejuvenation ” as the value logic,and takes management graduate students as the research object.It conducts a questionnaire survey on management graduate students from Ocean University of China and Qingdao University.The analysis results of the survey and the literature method are the basis of reality,combined with the theory of job matching,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the theory of all-round human development,and the stratified sampling method is used to conduct an empirical study on the employment orientation of 300 management graduate students..In the questionnaire,factors such as gender,grade,subject and parent's occupation type are used as independent variables to look for factors that influence the employment orientation of management graduate students.Through the descriptive statistical analysis and difference analysis report of SPSS,it is shown that the employment value orientation of management graduate students presents certain characteristics and problems.And based on the cause of the problem from the social,college,family,and individual levels to analyze and explore and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The results of the study show that the overall employment value orientation of postgraduates in management studies has the following characteristics:(1)Diversified job search directions.(2)Stabilization of employment value orientation.(3)The spirit of serving the society appears.(4)Self-awareness gradually increased.(5)Interest-oriented employment positioning.(6)Optimistic attitude towards employment.At the same time,it is also found that the employment value orientation of postgraduates of management science presents the following problems:(1)The pursuit of employment value is too high and the employment selection is blind.(2)Insufficient emotional dependence in contributing to society.(3)Utilitarian employment value orientation.(4)Some professional employment attitudes are obviously negative.Based on this,this article puts forward the following suggestions: The social level should strengthen social restraint and support,specifically:(1)Improve the legal protection mechanism and establish a positive employment value orientation.(2)Create a good employment environment and lead the formation of scientific employment value orientation.Colleges and universities should pay attention to school education and services,specifically:(1)Integrate resources and deepen students' career education.(2)Strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and establish a reasonable employment value orientation.(3)Optimize teaching content and shape the core values of employment.At the family level,it is necessary to pay attention to the function of family education,specifically as follows:(1)Strengthen the guidance and education of children,and deepen the social emotional dependence of dedication.(2)Change the employment expectations for children and create a good family employment atmosphere.Students should improve their own literacy,specifically:(1)Pay attention to accumulating social practical experience and scientifically understand the job market.(2)Change one's own employment concept and cultivate a positive employment mentality.(3)Improve one's own comprehensive ability and lay the foundation for the realization of personal value.
