With the rapid development of higher education in China,the graduate’s employment situation is not optimistic. In the increasingly competitive employment situation, establish a scientific and reasonable employment guidance mechanism with a correct concept of employment plays a crucial role in the college graduates employment.As an important factor affect of employment, the right and appropriate employment expectation,which can effectively promote the employment of graduates. Moreover, for the employer, the current social competition is the competition of talents, high level talents plays an important role in the development of the enterprise, the enterprises need to constantly enhance the management level, make a mature and consummate employee development space, so as to attract more high quality talent.For the starting point of employment expectations, on the basis of questionnaires and interviews, we analyze the graduates expectations of several aspects,such as nature of the employment unit, employment area,salary, position, the attitude of serve the basic unit, analyzes the factors influencing the graduates’expectation,mainly from the employer perspective, the proposal has a certain reference value.This article includes six parts:Part1:Introduction. The introduction part mainly introduces the background of this research, and its research significance, research purpose, the design ideas and content, the methods of research and innovations of this article.Part2:Review of the literature, on the base of the analysis of the correlative researches,mainly carries on the summary to the basic theory of expectation of employment,Part3:Investigation and analysis on graduates questionnaire. On the basis of the analysis of survey results from the different perspectives of the profession, nature of the employment unit, employment area, salary, position, the attitude of serve the basic unit, the main problems in the career,outline the basic situation of graduates employment expectations.Part4, Analysis of influence factors of graduates employment expectations. This chapter analyze more comprehensively the factors that impact graduate employment expectation,from the graduate personal, universities, the state, society four aspects.Part5, this chapter is mainly from the employer perspective to make relevant recommendations according to the factors, that affect the graduate’s employment expectations. Through the professional people planning with scientific and efficient management of college graduates,to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of them, so as to realize the win-win employers and graduates.Part6, the conclusion and prospect, Summary of research on graduates employment expectations, and strive to be the successful application in practice, enable the graduates to get a suitable and satisfied job in the fierce market competition. Meanwhile, it can provide some useful reference for the employers to recruit and cultivate college graduates better.
