The masters,as one of the main teaching body in educating apprentice,are the magnitude guarantee in the development of modern apprenticeship,and qualified competence of educating apprentice is the basic requirement for the workers to be the masters.However,the masters have been in absent state in vocational education personnel educating for a long time in China and never been the main faculty in vocational education.What's more,there is little systematic research on the masters who participate in vocational education and no clear requirements for the masters'training or teaching competence.At present,the modern apprenticeship is in full trail development stage in China,and the masters become the main body from marginalized participator.In order to promote the efficient development of modern apprenticeship,it is inevitable to strengthen the research of the masters' apprentice educating competence.The thesis tries to develop the work areas,tasks and competence of the masters,apprentice educating work through the task analysis,and construct the educating competence structure diagram according to their competence in the present stage of modern apprenticeship development.At the same time,this thesis aims to identify the necessary educating competence that the masters must possess in modern apprenticeship in China to provide the basis for the comprehensive development of masters' apprentice educating competence and reference for the following broader theoretical and practical research.The whole test is divided into four chapters,concrete structure is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.In this chapter,the author mainly introduces the research background and significance,reviews and summarizes the existing related research materials and literature,defines the core research concepts in order to clear the research cope,and puts forward to the overall design.The second chapter is the research design,implementation and results of masters'apprentice educating work and competence.This part is the introduction of the research tools,the selection of research objects and their basic information,the implementation process,and the explanation of acquisition of the research results.The third chapter is the construction of masters' apprentice educating work structure and the meaning of the work areas and tasks in this structure.In this part,the author constructs the work structure according to the role played by the work areas in the apprentice educating,and explores the meaning of the work areas and tasks of the masters' apprentice educating work under the modern apprenticeship.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the masters' apprentice educating competence,the extraction of core competence in the development of China modern apprenticeship and the construction of masters' apprentice educating competence structure diagram.Firstly,the author details the content of masters' competence,and then extracts the core competence from the educating competence by combing the competence analysis results and the advice of masters and work analysis expert.Secondly,based on the core elements of the educating work,the author constructs the masters' apprentice educating competence structure diagram,and explains its practical and theoretical basis.The last part is the research conclusion and outlooks.In this part,the author mainly analyzes and summarizes the research,and puts forward the development direction of the follow-up research according to the deficiency in the research.
