Based on education and employment targeted practical features,vocational education has been standed out in many educational modes,especially in the face of today's social and economic development trends.With the need for professional and technical personnel of leading increment,vocational education has become an important part of teaching system in China's education,and has plaied an increasingly important role.How to cultivate outstanding personnel with necessary vocational skills has become an important challenge to vocational education schools in social needs strong tide,which includs "Modern Apprenticeship" teaching mode as the representative of advanced teaching model has become the focus of vocational education reform.Taking "Modern Apprenticeship" teaching mode as an important content,QDDZ vocational secondary schools has decided to take "Modern Apprenticeship" teaching mode projects to implement in teaching process.In this thesis,we analyzed the implementation and development process,and then proposed the corresponding suggestions and measures to improve the teaching reforme process.Firstly,by using literature review and background analysis,the purpose,significance,research methods research and the main research content and technical route were identified.Secondly,through elaborate explanations and the basic theory of the basic concepts,identified theoretical basis and scope of the concept in this thesis.Thirdly,comparison,according to the teaching characteristics QDDZ vocational secondary schools and the operational situation,use of domestic and "modern apprenticeship" teaching mode of analysis presented,explained QDDZ vocational secondary school the implementation of "modern apprenticeship" the urgency and necessity of teaching mode.Fourthly,relying QDDZ vocational secondary schools with professional features,the implementation of student satisfaction of QDDZ's "modern apprenticeship" teaching mode in progress and mode application after vocational secondary schools were analyzed and compared further issues of the current school "modern apprenticeship" teaching mode made and corresponding achivements.At last,the corresponding measures to improve QDDZ vocational secondary school's implementation of"modern apprenticeship" teaching mode with the situation presented specific recommendations in order to facilitate the effective implementation of the school reform project.
