The rise and fall of a country in the department of education.The overall lev el of a country's ordinary high school education is a microcosm of the national ed ucation quality,which is directly related to the country's future development and int ernational competitiveness.Therefore,the ordinary high school has always been the focus of curriculum reform.In order to meet the development needs of different q ualified and different students,the development and implementation of diversified co urses and the increase of student curriculum selectivity have become the developme nt trend of world curriculum reform.However,in our country,there are still some outstanding problems such as "t he curriculum content is not flexible enough","the curriculum goal is too one-side d","the way of curriculum evaluation is too single" and so on.Therefore,the Mini stry of Education in 2010 promulgated the "National Medium and Long-term Educ ation Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" made it clear that ordinary high schools to create conditions for the creation of a variety of elective courses for st udents to provide more choices,to promote students a comprehensive and personali zed development."Huanggang Middle School is a key middle school in Hubei Province,a milest one throughout the education sector.In the new context of education,the school actively promotes the teaching reform,develops the characteristics of the school with a variety of high school courses,smooth implementation and initial results.Theref ore,it is of great practical significance to study Huanggang Middle School as a ca se study.Based on the investigation of the development reasons,development train of thoughts,implementation processes and implementation effects of Huanggang,s ummed up its curriculum resource development,construction of discipline,classroom teaching and class go class curriculum management experience,and the existence of "curriculum structure is not balanced,the types of courses is selection of curric ulum content,the lack of interest,teacher training,teaching evaluation is not unive rsal lack of authority,lack of refined curriculum" and other issues,put forward so me suggestions for improvement that has important practical significance to the ord inary high school curriculum reform in china.
