University Professors are a special group in the society.They act as propagators and explorers of knowledge civilization,pioneers of social development,These roles are not only the direction of self realization of these university professors,but also the expectations and aspirations of the external society for these professors.Each kind of role has the corresponding rights and obligations in every behavior standard system,and the university professor has no exception.Academic rights is a very important content in the system of rights and obligations of University professors.Good academic rights will become the strong help of university professor to achieve their own value,to achieve social expectations.In view of this problem,the guarantee of academic rights of Professor is not only a matter of personal interest but also affects the advance of educational research and development of the society.As our neighbor,Japan was deeply influenced by our cultures,for Japan as well as China,"University" and "Professor" are exotic words.Modern academic freedom and university autonomy develop with each other,University and professors have been transplanted to the east.Facing these exotic,Japan and Chinese have chosen different attitudes toward them.Study on Japanese professor academic rights protection,evaluation of the merits and demerits has significance for the development of China's own academic rights.We took the academic rights of professors at the University as the research object in this paper,firstly studied Professor groups,research identity,history,academic rights and change of contemporary academic rights protection system and practical remedy of professors in Japan.The first chapter is mainly about the background of the groups.First,through the sociological theory,the paper discusses the concept,identity and nature of University professors.Through the study of the history of education in Japanese Universities,researching the development of the formation of the Japanese professors.The introduction of the background knowledge plays an important role in the following discussion of the academic rights of japan.The second chapter mainly discusses the situation of Japan's academic rights before the second world war.Understanding the academic rights of this period,we can understand the starting point of the development of academic rights in Japan,and we can better understand the changes in the future of Japan's academic rights.The third chapter discusses the protection of academic rights after the war in japan.After the war,Japan's order is under the reconstruction of the past reflection and the expectation towards the future.In this period,great attention has been paid to academic rights,and a relatively perfect security system has been formed.But there are drawbacks to even a perfect system,which,after decades of prosperity,has also declined.It is of great significance to study the advantages and disadvantages of the protection of academic rights in this period.The fourth chapter is mainly about the research and analysis of the contemporary Japanese professor's academic rights protection system.A comprehensive survey of the current situation of Japan's security through the legal norms,the identity of the professor and the university governance system.And through the study of specific cases in practice,analyses the operation of the security system and the existing problems.
