Along with the aging of the population,the number of elderly people is increasing.Many older people in retirement hope to play a social value,and enrich my life after their retirement.In addition,the old people has a lot of life experience and spare time.So many old people join the volunteer team,elderly volunteers become an important part of the community volunteers.Now how to guide and regulate the management of elderly volunteers is very important for the development of the volunteers team and the full play of the elderly resources.In this article,I take the example of the elderly volunteers from the TD street community service center where I worked as an intern.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the elderly volunteer team and the team management under the social worker,the paper will summarized the problems in social work service for the elderly volunteer team management,and proposes the corresponding improvement countermeasures,so as to provide some experience to the elderly volunteers team management.First,the paper introduced the background and general situation of the elderly volunteers team,according to the team management process including recruitment and selection,training and supervising,motivating and evaluate of the elderly volunteers team management to analyzed the prominent problems in the team management process.On the basis of questionnaires and interviews,the paper analyzed the problems of the elderly volunteers team and the shortage of social work in the team management process :Insufficient service skills and insufficient service awareness;The team's lack of cohesion,the phenomenon of small circles;The selection of team members is relatively crude,and they have not fully utilized their expertise.The training content and methods are relatively simple;The incentive coverage is not comprehensive enough.Focus on the problems,the paper put forward the following suggestions:Expand the recruitment channels and standardize the screening of elderly volunteers;Enrich the training content and training methods for the elderly volunteers;Standardize the supervision system and increase support for the elderly volunteers;Improve the incentive system for elderly volunteers in order to increase the service initiative of elderly volunteers.
