Accompanied by in-depth social reforms and rapid economic development,To strengthen social construction and promote innovative social governance,The transformation of government functions and the improvement of social governance capabilities have become the motivation for exploring the country’s new public governance model.And to meet the development of social undertakings and the diversity of public social service needs,for people’s livelihood and rights protecting,The state has increased its support for social forces,Guiding and encouraging grassroots social organizations to participate in the resolution and governance of public needs and social problems.On this basis,professional social governance methods are undoubtedly urgently needed at present,which has promoted the development of professional social work talents and volunteer teams.It also promoted the improvement of the form of cooperation between social workers and volunteer teams.Therefore,as the main force in grassroots social services,it has practical significance to promote the scientific construction of volunteer teams in social work service organizations.The paper is based on the various social work professional services and volunteer management that the author participated in the period of the internship at X social work organization.During this period,it was found that the volunteers of organizations is in great demand,and there is a need for basic assistance,activity manpower,resource links,and professional capabilities.Therefore,the author takes the volunteers of a social work service project of the organization as an example,through participatory observation method,unstructured interview method and literature research method,to analyze project volunteer issues in combination with professional methods of social work.Formulate the plan and specific implementation process of project volunteer team construction through professional theoretical perspectives such as empowerment theory and social quality theory.There are several parts that recruitment of volunteers;training,including project introduction and understanding of volunteer service content,visiting skills and psychological needs mining of service objects,photography skills and activity development training;commendation and mobilization.And then conduct a scientific and professional evaluation of the process and effects of volunteer team building.Finally,summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the project volunteer team after the construction,and reflect on the issues of insufficient volunteer types,insufficient diversification of volunteer team building methods,and the ability to enhance the level of volunteer service needs to be strengthened.Under the guidance of professional methods of social work,several measures are proposed,there are some methods about innovate and standardize the management of volunteer teams: from specific needs and counterparts,form "course"-style training,ensure supervision and improve the evaluation mechanism,etc.;integrate social work service concepts to play a leading role;cultivate volunteer management talents and strengthen their psychology Construction.Aim to enhance the professional ability and enthusiasm of volunteers for institutional projects.With a view to providing professional and constructive reference suggestions for the organization of volunteers. |
