With the progress of the age of technology,the Internet,cloud computing and resource construction is developing constantly.More and more students are willing to study through the network.Compared with the traditional teaching mode of“indoctrination”,”sheep style” in PE class,students prefer to practice in learning to understand the essentials of a sport and master it.In recent years,the rapid development of MOOC have met the self-learning needs of many students through searching for high-quality curriculum resources online.However,the network teaching of MOOC is monotonous.A complete sports lack of teacher's professional guidance,to a large extent,can not solve the students' understanding of the essentials of sports technology,and it more likely to lead to wrong practice and affect the teaching objectives.Therefore,the combination of online learning and classroom teaching of physical education comes into being,that is the “flipped classroom”."Flipped classroom" flip the order of skills and theories.it's bonds well with online learning and offline practice,which maintain a positive and efficient learning state in the process of learning a certain sports technology.So as to try to change the existing teaching problems in college physical education curriculum.This paper will combine the sports with flipped classroom teaching mode,using literature and case analysis to probe into the practicability and the application idea of "flipped classroom" teaching mode in college school physical education.This paper mainly from the following three parts to explore:The first part is the development and implementation of "flipped classroom".Mainly from the production and the development,analysis of the characteristics and implementation of the necessary conditions of "flipped classroom”.And defining "flipped classroom "through discussing.The necessary conditions for the implementation of teaching at the university,mainly be considered from the school teaching resources,teachers' practical ability and students' personal qualities.The second part is the analysis of the feasibility of “ flipped classroom” in sports teaching,and explore four aspects through the "flipped classroom" in college physical education values and advantages,practice and current situation,opportunities and challenges,development and future to reach the feasibility of “flipped classroom”teaching mode.The third part is the analysis of the strategy of "flipped classroom" in college physical education.Mainly from the "flipped classroom" in the teaching of collegephysical education in the application of the principle of requirements,teaching design,teaching practice.And try to regular sports “flipped classroom” teaching mode.Through the research,analysis and design of this paper,analysis of the feasibility and advantage of “flipped classroom” in the implementation of college sports teaching from theory and practice.It is hoped that through the application of the“flipped classroom” teaching mode in the college physical education,the reform of college physical education will be improved.
