The 2001 "Primary Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)" has sparked a new round of elementary education reform.The new curriculum reform will enable students to more effectively improve their autonomy and independence in the learning process,making them the subject of classroom learning,how to learn,and what to learn,So students will be the main elements of the new curriculum version.With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,a variety of teaching modes(experiential teaching,discovery teaching,etc.)have been proposed,and traditional teaching modes(centered on teachers,classrooms,and teaching materials)have been challenged.However,China's education is currently at a new starting point,which requires a complete abandonment of the concept of the "old age"(in the classroom,teachers transmit information by way of teaching,and knowledge transfer is put after school).The traditional teaching mode uses the classroom learning and after-school practice teaching process.It is prone to severely hinder the communication and interaction between students,students and teachers,resulting in low students 'interest in physical education,weak awareness of students' voluntary participation in physical exercise,and lack of students.Phenomenon of sports knowledge and skills of vertical inquiry.The "Ten Years Development Regulations on Educational Informatization(2011-2020)" promulgated in 2011 enables faster integration of education and information technology,builds an intelligent information teaching environment for teaching,and provides digital teaching resources and Educational software tools that encourage the development of evaluation and further explore student-centered teaching models.The "Planning" made education and science and technology more closely linked.This new type of teaching mode,that is,the flipped classroom teaching mode,also entered the education field.The main characteristics of this new classroom teaching mode are that "knowledge transfer" and "knowledge internalization" have changed in time and space,which can effectively solve the problems in physical education(student learning methods,traditional teacher and student roles,teachers Teaching methods,etc.),and improve self-learning ability,gimprove their physical and mental health,and ultimately help develop lifelong sports,thereby achieving innovation in education methods.This paper studies the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,experiment,and mathematical analysis as research methods by transferring the flipped classroom teaching model to solid ball teaching and related quality teaching experiments.After reviewing domestic and foreign texts and videos related to flipped classrooms,a systematic review of the literature was conducted,and the research on flipped classrooms at home and abroad was classified to clarify related concepts and related theoretical foundations.From the perspectives of learners and learning environment,a systematic analysis of the actual situation of the "Sports and Health" curriculum in China,combined with the current status of curriculum practice to design teaching experiments,select two parallel classes for 8 weeks of teaching experiments,and through teaching The data tested after the experiment are used to demonstrate the experimental hypothesis.The above conclusions are drawn from this experiment:First,primary and secondary school students are more receptive to physical education activities using the flipped classroom teaching model,and this teaching model is more conducive to improving students' sports theory and skills than traditional teaching models at the same time,as well as students 'achievement in achieving standards.improve.Second,teachers make teaching videos before class to help students better master the knowledge and skills of sports learned.Students virtually increase the amount of exercise time during and after class.At the same time,students can learn more through group cooperation in class.Exploit and develop students 'potential well,and increase students' self-confidence in learning sports.Third,flipping the classroom teaching model can increase students' interest in physical education,their ability to learn independently after class,and their ability to cooperate in inquiry learning.The flipped classroom teaching mode enables the physical education class to fully reflect the student-centered teaching philosophy,optimize the physical education teaching process,and improve the quality and efficiency of physical education teaching.Fourth,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the flipped classroom teaching mode makes it easier for students to form a good learning atmosphere and interpersonal relationships,so that students have a sense of joy in participating in physical exercise,which in turn enables students to develop their physical and mental health.Fifth,the essence of the flipped classroom teaching model is information-based teaching,which uses contemporary information science and technology to promote education and teaching.
