The Group Work Intervention On The Spiritual Consolation Of Empty Nest Elderly In Urban Community

Under the background of the aging process in our country,the "empty nest elderly" is more and more,and the problems of empty nest elderly emerge inevitably.How to meet the empty nest elderly spiritual consolation has become the most important task of empty nest elderly in urban communities.Group work intervention in urban community empty nest elderly spiritual consolation has its own advantages,which plays an important role in alleviating the spiritual consolation of empty nest elderly in urban communities.The problem of spiritual consolation of the empty nest elderly in the H community is aimed at helping empty nesters enrich the spiritual world,getting group emotional support,enhancing self-worth sense of identity,and meeting spiritual consolation needs.This thesis is based on the theory of social support,Maslow's hierarchy theory and role theory,uses methods of questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the spiritual consolation of empty nest elderly in H community.It is found that the spiritual needs of the empty nest elderly in H district are very strong,but they cannot be satisfied with spiritual consolation,which causes the empty nest elderly's mental status is worrying.The method of group work intervention was used to regulate the spiritual consolation of the empty nest elderly in H district,in combination with the spiritual consolation of empty nest elderly to plan and implement four phase group service activities.It has an important effect on the spiritual consolation of empty nest elderly in urban communities.It can alleviate the spiritual needs of empty nesters in urban communities,besides,further complement and improve the urban community empty nest elderly pension system,and play an active role in improving the empty nest elderly in urban communities.Through the subject study,the author points out that in the intervention of the group work of spiritual consolation of empty nest elderly in urban community,it is necessary to set up a reasonable group intervention strategy as the basis for group work service objectives,to meet the spiritual needs of the empty nest elderly as the motive power of group work activities,and through the integration of the use of group work resources to strengthen the implementation of group work activities.Finally,the author puts forward the suggestion that it is necessary to strengthen the main responsibility for government services,to attach importance to group work service,to improve the ability of group work service,to enrich the way of group work intervention,to develop team work tracking mechanism,and to implement the group work of a full range of three-dimensional management.
