The Spiritual Consolation Of Urban Empty Nest Seniors From The Perspective Of Evidence-based Practice

With the aging of the world,the relatively stable economic income in the city can provide the basic living security for the Urban Empty Nest Seniors,but the phenomenon of “family empty nest” caused by the lack of children and the physical and mental companion in the neighborhood.The problem of mental disorder mapping the elderly in Urban Empty Nest Seniors is no longer an example.Based on the social work perspective of the ecosystem,this paper analyzes the demand for the spiritual comfort of Urban Empty Nest Seniors.It is concluded that the phenomenon of “family empty nest” is mainly due to the increase of social pension burden and the social respect for the elderly.The Urban Empty Nest Seniors Children's filial piety are weak,as well as factors such as the deterioration of their physical functions and their unwillingness to continue to socialize also lead to the phenomenon.In the international arena,the concept of evidence-based practice has been greatly used in psychology and social work practices in recent years,and is rarely used in China.Evidence-based practice originated in the medical field,emphasizing evidence-centered,screening the best research evidence through systematic evaluation and other methods to practice,and finally feeding back the results of the research into new research evidence.This concept can neutralize the limitations of social work practice without science and effectiveness.Therefore,the author applies the evidence-based practice process and method to this study,hoping to introduce the best research evidence,systematic evaluation and social work.A critical assessment to find an effective path for social work to intervene in the spiritual comfort of Urban Empty Nest Seniors.Based on this,this paper takes the family ecosystem and social support network theory as the theoretical perspective,and through the evidence-based practice system evaluation of the internationally accepted SPIDER model,the research problem is constructed as an effective path for the social work to intervene in the urban empty nest elderly spirit comfort.In view of the research object of Urban Empty Nest Seniors,the systematic evaluation method is used to select the best research evidence from the database platform such as CNKI for the intervention of the group work and application to practice.The study concluded that the group work can effectively improve the social support satisfaction of Urban Empty Nest Seniors and reduce their sense of loneliness.Compared with case work and community work,the group work is more universal in the spirit of Urban Empty Nest Seniors.The results are more significant.Finally,a critical evaluation of the research results,refinement as a working guide for the urban empty nest elderly spiritual comfort group to feedback research evidence,thereby improving the scientific and effective of this practical research.
