In 1978,under the pressure of special conditions in China,the government adopted the one-child policy.So far,the only-child group has a large-scale development.In recent years,although the government attaches great importance to the physical work of college students and to promote the reform of sports policy in colleges and universities,but the physical condition of college students is still not optimistic.The physical condition of the one-child group with large-scale growth in colleges and universities is of great significance to the overall physique of college students.And sports consciousness is the important influencing factor of the physical condition of the only child college students.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,logical analysis,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,focusing on Shanxi University City,the only child students of sports awareness,through logical analysis,both inside and outside Shanxi University City,the only child The sports attitudes of the group,the sports values,the sports participation behavior and the sports consumption characteristics;and tries to explain the reason of the problems through the parents' education level and the family economy,the only child's own sports attitudes and the sports values.The study found that: 1.Shanxi University City,the only child students generally believe that sports important,strong external sports motives and self-sports emotional dominated;sports motivation to maintain health to enhance physical fitness,ease the pressure of learning life,to cope with examinations,to maintain body or bodybuilding,interest Need to;sports emotional performance in the learning of new technology excitement,the completion of the sense of success of technology,learning the fear of difficult technology;sports motives and sports emotions due to gender and geographical differences and some differences in dimensions;2.Shanxi University City only child College students have the right sports values,sports values appear to maintain good health,cultivate good moral character,create economic value,improve interpersonal relationship.In the gender,there are significant differences in the region;3.Shanxi University City,the only child students to participate in sports distribution uneven.Lower physical participation,higher sports consumption.Sports participation varies by gender and geography.Generally like high-spending items andentertainment smart items,sports venues are mainly concentrated in the school track and field golf course and gym club;often participate in class activities,seeking peer activities,fitness places;weekly sports participation frequency is low,the duration of each movement significantly The level of parental education and the level of family income play a role in promoting the sporting consciousness of the only child college students.5.The multiple factors lead to the emergence of sports consciousness and sports behavior of the only students in Shanxi University City deviation.Finally,the author puts forward some feasible suggestions for the research results of this paper: 1.To stimulate the deep sports motive of the only child college students,and to promote the coordinated development of sports attitudes and sports participation.2.To cultivate the competitiveness of the only child college students through physical education and to promote the socialization of sports for the only child college students.3.Reform of college physical education teaching content,change the physical quality of the class for the new entertainment projects.4.College sports into the peer education,through the companion contrast internalization to improve the one-child college students' sports awareness compensation effect.5.Equal allocation of sports resources in colleges and universities by sex.
